Passes

An inventory list remains compulsory for contractors and suppliers

Uniper has tightened control at access points. There are now new passes and rules for the disposal of waste, materials and goods. These rules mainly affect Uniper employees, but they also apply to companies. Uniper has also recently increased checks on the mandatory presence of the inventory list. This list specifies all the materials and tools carried by suppliers in their vehicles. When suppliers enter or leave the company site, our security personnel may ask to see these lists.

Passes

A pass is required to leave the business area with Uniper goods or products. This pass states who may leave the company site, and the articles they may take with them. These include finished products, residual materials, waste materials, unusable scrap, hazardous substances, and valuable goods.

A Uniper pass is not required for a company’s own tools and materials. A Uniper pass is required for unused material or residual material that is left over after carrying out a job. The Uniper supervisor will draw this pass up for you, and sign agreement for removal of the material.

Inventory list

Every vehicle must have an inventory list of the materials and tools that you, as a supplier or contractor, bring with you onto our company site. Tool lists and inventory lists must be sufficiently specific in describing the company and material, as well as describing how this material can be identified.
